What's on the Can: "A New England style IPA sure to stand out. This juice bomb is packed with island flavor, a hefty dry hop offers bursting aromas of tropical fruit and pine. A full, creamy body balances out the real passion fruit, orange and guava added. Then finished with a touch of vanilla. Paradise in a pint!"

REVIEW:
Appearance (5%):
Poured hazy golden into a pint glass. Unfiltered. White head, some lacing. 4.25/5Smell (25%): Fairly spot-on passion-orange-guava. 4.5/5
Taste (40%): Good POG flavors at the start. The guava hangs on the longest here. Pretty straightforward. Not much going on the aftertaste, at least for me. If anything, the vanilla is trying to enhance the tropical flavors here. 4/5
Mouthfeel (10%): Medium to medium-full bodied, some carbonation. Fairly juicy and a bit of silkiness on the tongue. 4.25/5
Overall (20%): An awesome to excellent IPA. Being from Hawaii, the POG milkshake IPA was a must-try for me. While I felt the POG flavors were pretty accurate, the guava may have taken over a bit too much and perhaps knocked it down a couple pegs. If they didn't tell me vanilla was in this, I may never have noticed. I may have been expecting a bit more when it came to the "milkshake" nature of this beverage. Still a decent beer, though. POG FTW. 4/5
