REVIEW:
Appearance (5%): Poured slightly hazy dark golden into a pint glass. Frothy white head, some nice lacing. 4.25/5

Smell (25%): Mix of malt with tropical passion fruit and citrus. 4/5

Taste (40%): Follows the nose; mostly malty with tropical passion fruit and citrus. More citrus experience on the back end. Malt takes over more than I would normally like, but I like that this has more flavor than most IPAs I've had at this ABV equivalent. Not a lot of bitterness here. 4/5

Mouthfeel (10%): Medium-bodied, some carbonation. Slightly dry tongue. Not much bitterness, fairly easy drinking. 4.25/5

Overall (20%): An awesome IPA. Another California brewery to check off the list. I first heard about them last year while shopping around for IPAs. Considering that I may take trips to SoCal every year (and try to hit the Anaheim area), it was only a matter of time before I tried beer from this brewery. This one was admittedly maltier than expected, but it's otherwise pretty easy drinking and tasty. I look forward to trying more beers from Bottle Logic. 4/5

Final Weighted Rating: 4.038/5
