REVIEW:
Appearance (5%): Poured hazy light orange into a tulip glass. Frothy white head, some nice lacing. Looks like orange juice. 4.5/5

Smell (25%): Barrage of tropical grapefruit and citrus orange/tangerine. 4.5/5

Taste (40%): Tropical awesomeness with awesome citrus aftertaste. Also detecting pineapple, passion fruit, and some a little stone fruit. 4.5/5

Mouthfeel (10%): Medium-bodied, some carbonation. Juicy on the tongue, typical NE style. 4.5/5

Overall (20%): An outstanding IPA. I traveled to the brewery itself with some friends to get this New England-style IPA, and I preferred this over Recursion. I will say that the Console Exclusive Imperial Stout is probably even better (and that is one of their core beers), so I would also highly recommend that one. Bottle Logic will release different New England-style IPAs occasionally in cans, so I hope to track those down as well. I went on the day this beer was released, and many people flocked to enjoy it as well. This is a great brewery to head to, so if you're ever in the area, be sure to check it out. The price initially took me aback for a split second, but it's California (and not Oregon)...what else can I say? 4.25/5

Final Weighted Rating: 4.45/5
