What's on the Website: "For this version of Stone Enjoy By IPA we thought: “We don’t always have a filter, so why should our beer?” By skipping a step and letting this devastatingly fresh, golden-hued double IPA go unfiltered, the beer takes on a hazy appearance and its peach and tropical fruit hop aroma are intensified. So though it may sound like it, this missed step was no misstep. Like the other IPAs in this series, this version is brewed specifically NOT to last." Read more here!

When brewed? One-time batch. Stone Brewing makes fresh batches of a different "Enjoy By" beer for various special dates. Look for more information here!

REVIEW:
Appearance (5%): Poured slightly hazy golden into a pint glass. White head; some lacing. 4.25/5

Smell (25%): Tropical sweet orange, tangerine, and peach with complementing malt and some dankness. 4.5/5

Taste (40%): Very dank forward, then a burst of tropical orange, tangerine, and peach. Aftertaste includes malt, dank, and additional citrus peel. Some octane. 4.25/5

Mouthfeel (10%): Medium-full bodied; good carbonation. Slightly dry tongue. 4.25/5

Overall (20%): An excellent Double IPA. Again, I enjoyed the different phases that this beer possessed. As always with the Enjoy By series, lots of flavor and good tropical presence. A great beer to have during the holidays. 4.25/5

Final Weighted Rating: 4.313/5
