REVIEW:

Appearance (5%): Poured slightly hazy golden into a pint glass. Appears unfiltered; some sediment suspended in the beer. White head with trace lacing. 4.25/5

Smell (25%): Tropical pineapple, grapefruit, citrus, and good complementing dank. Some floral presents itself aas the beer warms up. 4.25/5

Taste (40%): Tropical, pine, and dank team up harmoniously. Tropical continues through the aftertaste. It may have the dank features but is very easy drinking and smooth. 4.25/5

Mouthfeel (10%): Medium-bodied; good carbonation. Some dry tongue, but lovely tropical lingers. 4.25/5

Overall (20%): An excellent Double IPA. One of my friends brought this to a beer event at least a year ago, so I was unofficially able to taste it. Now that I got my own can and a few more reviews under my belt, I find that I still am a fan. I frankly would prefer Sticky Hands here (and the multiple variations of Sticky Hands released over the years), but Animal Cookies is a fine beer with wonderful tropical qualities. 4.25/5
