REVIEW:
Appearance (5%):
Poured hazy peach-colored into a pint glass. Unfiltered; sediment at the bottom of the can. White to off-white head, good lacing. 4.5/5Smell (25%): Creamy tropical, mostly pineapple and lemon, but even a bit of stone fruit notes. 4.5/5
Taste (40%): Follows the nose, lots of tropical from start to finish. Aftertaste includes pineapple and lemon. Very smooth and virtually no octane. Drinks very easy for 8.1%. 4.5/5
Mouthfeel (10%): Medium-bodied, some carbonation. Very juicy. 4.5/5
Overall (20%): An outstanding Double IPA. Now this is the type of hazy IPA that I want to drink all the time. Even at 8.1%, it drinks very easy. Lots of tropical flavor with no detectable octane. It's a pricey beer as expected but well worth the buy. 4.5/5
Final Weighted Rating: 4.5/5
