What's on the Website: "This amplified version of Congress Street IPA is a focused exhibition of the Galaxy Hop. Milky and yellow-orange in appearance, Double Dry Hopped Congress Street emits fragrant aromatics of mango, pine resin, grapefruit, pineapple, and peach. Explosive flavors of tropical fruit, grassy hop, nectarine, orange rind, and creamy malt inundate the palate with a thick, rich mouthfeel and soft, effervescent carbonation. The finish is full and oily, yet clean, with a light, modest bitterness." Read more here!

REVIEW:
Appearance (5%): Poured hazy light orange to peach-colored into a pint glass. Frothy off-white head. 4.5/5

Smell (25%): Intense citrus. Passion fruit, peach, mango, orange, tangerine. Some dank/earthy notes. 5/5

Taste (40%): Very similar to Congress Street (but amped up) and DDH Scaled. Dank and resiny/earthy at the start, then a ton of explosive tropical afterwards. 5/5

Mouthfeel (10%): Medium-bodied, some carbonation. Some dry tongue, but mainly juicy tropical. Some resinous citrus bitterness lingers. 4.5/5

Overall (20%): A world-class IPA. A lot of the characteristics here are similar to Congress Street and DDH Scaled. Again, these ratings are all very close, and which Trillium beer I like more can depend on how I'm feeling on any given day. So good and well worth getting. 4.75/5

Final Weighted Rating: 4.875/5
