What's on the Label/Website: "Our all-important, hop-driven quest to deliver the most devastatingly fresh IPA on the planet facilitated a paradigm shift in 2012 with the launch of Stone Enjoy By IPA. Not only did we brew this beer with more than 10 different hops, we brewed it specifically NOT to last. Acclaimed for its groundbreakingly short shelf life, this intense double IPA brought forth a whole new concept of what constitutes 'fresh' — guaranteeing fans the ultimate level of hoppiness." REVIEW:
Appearance (5%): Poured clear golden into a pint glass. White head; some lacing. 4.5/5

Smell (25%): Mostly tropical grapefruit and citrus, some stone fruit. 4.5/5

Taste (40%): Starts hoppy-tropical, then a wave of dank, followed by slight malt, finishes with citrus peel. Ideally seems to walk the line of what I'd like in a Double IPA. It's got more octane and characteristics of a stronger IPA, but still brings the tropical flavor. Loving the different phases of this one. 4.75/5

Mouthfeel (10%): Medium-bodied; good carbonation. Slightly dry tongue. 4.25/5

Overall (20%): An excellent to outstanding Double IPA. I enjoyed this one more than the Enjoy By 09.04.17 featured a few weeks ago on this blog. This one brought more tropical with a complementing malt or dank effect. I could drink a couple of these after a long day of work. The flavor makes you keep drinking more of it, and then probably at some point you'll get notified that this is a 9.4% beer. Typical price for the brand name recognition. Totally worth getting. 4.5/5

Final Weighted Rating: 4.575/5
