What's on the Can: "What you have here is our new school superhero hop-Sabro-focused IPA. Also in the mix are small proportions of 2 other hops that are so new their growers have yet to properly name them. Trust us, they're also awesome. Notes of candied peach, toasted coconut, and an intriguing cedar character are wafting over a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Next time someone's bad mouthing dry land, be sure to let'em know it's not a myth. You've seen it."

What's on the Website: "Sabro focused American IPA. Small quantities of HBC-472 & Bru-1 hops. Notes of candied peach, toasted coconut, cedar."

Hops: Sabro, HBC-472, Bru-1.

Where distributed: Pariah Brewing beers are generally found in California.

REVIEW:
Appearance (5%): Poured hazy golden-orange into a pint glass. Unfiltered; some sediment at the bottom of the can. Frothy white head, some lacing. 4.5/5

Smell (25%): Stone fruit-peach, coconut, and bubblegum with complementing oaty malts. 4.25/5

Taste (40%): Starts peach and bubblegum, then toasted coconut swoops in and sticks around. While initially more coconut-dominant, all the flavors got more harmonious as the beer warmed up and as I kept drinking this. Aftertaste is blend of citrus, peach, and coconut. 4.25/5

Mouthfeel (10%): Medium-bodied, some carbonation. Creamy and very juicy with some dry tongue. 4.25/5

Overall (20%): An excellent IPA. Initially, I thought the coconut tried to upstage the rest of the flavors too much, but as I kept drinking it, everything seemed to work more in harmony. A delicious tropical IPA here. 4.25/5

Final Weighted Rating: 4.263/5
