REVIEW:
Appearance (5%):
Poured slightly hazy light golden-orange into a pint glass. White head, good lacing at the top of the glass. 4.5/5Smell (25%): Tropical mix of sweet orange, tangerine, and mango. 4.5/5
Taste (40%): Follows the nose; soft, soothing tropical orange, tangerine, and mango from start to finish. Aftertaste annihilates the mouth with more sweet orange and tangerine. Tropical upon tropical. 4.75/5
Mouthfeel (10%): Medium-bodied, good carbonation. Has a juicy feel, but becomes a dry tongue. 4.25/5
Overall (20%): An outstanding IPA. The abundant tropical sweet orange and tangerine made this one. Beer will probably be a bit on the pricey side, but a delicious one it is. The tropical-forward nature here stays pretty true to the New England-style. Two thumbs up for Revision Brewing and Shoe Tree Brewing! 4.5/5
Final Weighted Rating: 4.575/5
