REVIEW:
Appearance (5%): Poured a clear golden color. Maybe a millimeter of frothy white head. Left minimal lacing on the glass 4.5/5
Smell (25%): Predominantly a tropical blend of passion fruit, grapefruit, and orange. Also peppery pine notes. 4.25/5
Taste (40%): Ideal balance of malt, tropical, pine, and peppery (non-spicy) flavors. Aftertaste reflects citrus-bitter and pine, yet lingers very smoothly. No alcohol detected. Delicious beer. 4.5/5
Mouthfeel (10%): Medium body, extremely drinkable, some carbonation. 4.25/5
Overall (20%): An outstanding IPA. I intentionally saved this one for last as the main event and it certainly lived up to expectations. Awesome label and I liked the theme they were going for. Considering it is 7.4%, I loved how drinkable and flavorful it was. Reasonably priced at $7.50. Reviewers on RateBeer and BeerAdvocate agree and rave about this one. Among the beers to get if you're an IPA lover. 4.5/5
Final Weighted Rating: 4.413/5
