REVIEW:
Appearance (5%): Poured hazy dark golden into a pint glass. Unfiltered, sediment suspended in the beer. White head; good lacing. 4.25/5Smell (25%): Ripe berry and stone fruit with complementing malt. 4.25/5
Taste (40%): Mostly malt and slight octane at the start, mixed in with tropical berry and stone fruit. Tropical then largely takes over. Aftertaste features peach, stone fruit, and berry. Fairly refreshing, given the 9.7% ABV tag. 4.25/5
Mouthfeel (10%): Medium-bodied, some carbonation. A bit juicy and some dry tongue. 4.25/5
Overall (20%): An awesome to excellent IPA. Another hazy IPA where the octane (9.7% in this case) showcases itself and is consistent with that ABV number, but there's a good tropical presence to keep me coming back for more. 4/5
Final Weighted Rating: 4.2/5
