REVIEW:
Appearance (5%): Poured clear dark golden into a pint glass. White head; some lacing. 4.25/5Smell (25%): Balanced tropical stone fruit, hops, and malts. 4.25/5
Taste (40%): Hop and malt-forward. Balance of hops, malts, and tropical stone fruit. Aftertaste has lingering citrus peel. 4/5
Mouthfeel (10%): Medium-bodied, some carbonation. Some dry tongue. 4.25/5
Overall (20%): An awesome IPA. For me, a straightforward West Coast IPA. Good balance of hops, malts, and tropical. You'll know the 8.6% is there, but very tasty and drinkable. 4/5
