REVIEW:
Appearance (5%):
Pours hazy light orange into a pint glass. Unfiltered; sediment at the bottom of the can. White head; trace lacing. 4.25/5Smell (25%): Tons of tropical sweet orange/rangerine, with oaty and slight resiny notes. 4.75/5
Taste (40%): Follows the nose; some malt to begin but a burst of pleasing, assertive citrus emerges that continues into the aftertaste. Crazy drinkable and refreshing. 4.75/5
Mouthfeel (10%): Medium-bodied; some carbonation. Very juicy. 4.5/5
Overall (20%): An outstanding IPA. I'm a fan of the big citrus flavors and overall drinkability. Definitely a New England-style IPA. The wallet may otherwise hate me, but it was otherwise blissful science. 4.5/5
Final Weighted Rating: 4.65/5
