REVIEW:
Appearance (5%): Pours slightly hazy copper into a tulip/snifter glass. White head, trace lacing. 4.25/5

Smell (25%): Excellent hoppy tropical citrus and berry with complementing malt. 4.5/5

Taste (40%): Follows the nose, aftertaste of tropical citrus (orange and tangerine). Malt complements the fruitiness, and the octane is smooth without overwhelming the senses. Ridiculously drinkable. 4.75/5

Mouthfeel (10%): Medium-full bodied, some carbonation. Stickiness allows the tropical to linger even longer. Some dry tongue. 4.25/5

Overall (20%): An outstanding Triple IPA. After seeing the hop profile, I figured this one had to be good. I only got to drink this because a friend wanted to check out Stickmen's Tualatin spot that opened in Fall 2016. I initially wanted one of their hazy IPAs (which were also decent), but the guy behind the bar sold me on S.M.A.C. I'm glad he did. The Triple IPA game seems to get better and better every year. 4.75/5

Final Weighted Rating: 4.613/5
