REVIEW:

Appearance (5%): Poured clear golden into a pint glass. Frothy white head. Good lacing on the glass. 4.25/5

Smell (25%): Tropical grapefruit and pine. Slightly bready and malty. 3.75/5

Taste (40%): Hop-forward, with tropical grapefruit and pine. Lighter on flavor, akin to a session IPA. However, getting a second (smaller) burst of tropical as well. Proving to be a nice session beer, especially the more I drink it. 4/5

Mouthfeel (10%): Medium-light bodied, some carbonation. Lots of citrus engulfs the mouth, a nice plus. 4.25/5

Overall (20%): An awesome IPA. I honestly was ready to write this off as just another average to decent IPA, but I kept drinking it and felt my experience got better as I kept going. The second "wave" of citrus burst with each sip was admittedly influential in that. It's on the higher ABV end of session IPAs, and certainly one of the better session IPAs I have had. 4/5
