What's on the Label: "Our all-important, hop-driven quest to deliver the most devastatingly fresh IPA on the planet facilitated a paradigm shift in 2012 with the launch of Stone Enjoy By IPA. Not only did we brew this beer with more than 10 different hops, we brewed it specifically NOT to last. Acclaimed for its groundbreakingly short shelf life, this intense double IPA brought forth a whole new concept of what constitutes "fresh" - guaranteeing fans the ultimate level of hoppiness. For Stone Enjoy By Tangerine IPA, we added the tangy zeal of a mandarin fruit's juicy nectar. The result...freshness has never tasted as ripe for the picking as this does right now."
What's on the Website: "After brewing this intense double IPA with more than 10 different hops and consistently delivering it faster than any bottled IPA on the planet, we decided to do something different with this Stone Enjoy By IPA - we took it to another level, again. Pureed tangerines were added to the batch to create a devastatingly fresh IPA with a tang of tangerine. The flavors yielded by this addition to the recipe meld beautifully with the bitterness of the hops. True to this series, Stone Enjoy By Tangerine IPA is brewed specifically NOT to last, and should be enjoyed within 37 days." Read more here!

REVIEW:
Appearance (5%):
Poured clear golden into a pint glass. Off-white head. 4.5/5Smell (25%): Tropical, with complementing malt and slight dankness. 4.25/5
Taste (40%): Hop-forward with some octane and dankness. Amazing aftertaste of tangerine and some citrus notes (i.e. orange). Wonderful. 4.25/5
Mouthfeel (10%): Medium-bodied; some carbonation. Dry on the tongue, with citrus bitterness lingering. 4.25/5
Overall (20%): An excellent Double IPA. I honestly enjoyed the Enjoy By 05.30.16 Tangerine IPA more than this one (I felt that one drank easier than 10.31.16), but this one is still a very good choice for Double IPA fans. Again, seemingly a bit pricey at $3.49 for a 12 oz. single. 4.25/5
Final Weighted Rating: 4.263/5
