REVIEW:
Appearance (5%): Poured clear golden-copper into a pint glass. White head and some lacing. 4.25/5Smell (25%): Balanced combination of tropical, pine, and malt. Very good. 4/5
Taste (40%): Wonderful balance of tropical, floral, pine, malt, and hops, with perhaps a slight edge on the tropical. Some slight dankness as well. Fits the bill of a West Coast or Northwest-style IPA. Refreshing. Goes down smooth and very tasty. The more I drink it, the more I seem to like it. 4.25/5
Mouthfeel (10%): Medium to medium-full bodied. Really coats the tongue and wanting to get into every crevasse. 4/5
Overall (20%): An excellent IPA. While I've seen Three Creeks beer a bunch in my area, this was the first beer I've actually drank in their lineup. Quite pleased here, more so for the balance and mellow tropical nature this one brings. This is reasonably priced, and since it was a seasonal, I was more likely to grab this than any of their year-round options (for now). Certainly feels extra refreshing in summer. In my book, Crowd Pleaser lives up to its name. Definitely adding it to my go-to beers list. 4.25/5
Final Weighted Rating: 4.163/5
