REVIEW:
Appearance (5%): Poured hazy light orange into a pint glass. Unfiltered; sediment at the bottom of the can. White head, some lacing. 4.25/5Smell (25%): Soothing tropical citrus, stone fruit, and berry. Some complementing oaty malts. 4.25/5
Taste (40%): Basically soft tropical citrus from start to finish. Straightforward here. Aftertaste is a faint tropical citrus. Flavor does water down noticeably, which is a shame. Still, very juicy and retains at least a solid tropical presence. 4/5
Mouthfeel (10%): Medium-bodied, good carbonation. Very juicy with some dry tongue. 4.25/5
Overall (20%): An awesome to excellent IPA. This is more like it, a refreshing, tropical-forward IPA. It likely won't stand out to me when placed with the elite tropical IPAs I've rated, but it does the job. 4/5
Final Weighted Rating: 4.1/5
