REVIEW:
Appearance (5%): Poured hazy golden orange into a pint glass. Unfiltered. White head, some lacing. 4.25/5Smell (25%): Assertive resinous tropical, including grapefruit and tangerine. 4.5/5
Taste (40%): Follows the nose. Big pulpy tropical from start to finish. More resin/dank at the start, then tropical gradually takes over. Lots of grapefruit and tangerine to me, even in the aftertaste. Big flavors live up to the name. 4.75/5
Mouthfeel (10%): Medium-bodied, good carbonation. Extremely juicy with trace dry tongue. 4.5/5
Overall (20%): An outstanding Double IPA. Best thing here is how accurate the "Big Pulp" name is. Of course, a play on the 7-Eleven Big Gulp logos, and the designs here are on point. Baerlic and Trap Door went all out on this one, and I love it. Not surprised on the price after seeing all the hops that go into this one. 4.5/5
Final Weighted Rating: 4.588/5
