REVIEW:
Appearance (5%): Poured slightly hazy golden into a pint glass. White head, some lacing. 4.25/5Smell (25%): Balanced soft tropical citrus/stone fruit with slight floral. Noticeable malt backbone. 4.25/5
Taste (40%): Follow the nose. Very refreshing, soft tropical citrus. Light, controlled citrus bitterness on the back end. Straightforward, clean IPA. 4.25/5
Mouthfeel (10%): Medium-bodied, some carbonation. Juicy with some dry tongue. 4.25/5
Overall (20%): An excellent IPA. When the Unipiper puts his name on a beer in Portland, it's basically a must-try for science with me. It's not the most memorable IPA in terms of flavor (it's frankly a very straightforward West Coast IPA), but it's well-made and very refreshing. I could drink this one all day. 4.25/5
Final Weighted Rating: 4.25/5
