What's on the Can: "Melvin was born in the mountains. We spent our formative years riding the backcountry. Now we're often too busy adulting but there is a new generation of rippers coming up and Melvin is here to back their dreams. Check out the young guns getting after it in the new movie Stay Tuned by indie film company Absinthe Films. Hans gets the trick, Absinthe nails the shot, and Melvin brings the party! WHAT'S YOUR DREAM?"

What's on the Website: "Melvin’s Stay Tuned Melvin Pale Ale pairs with the film like figure eights with its light, copper malt body as the foundation for stacks on stacks of resinous hop layers: tropical trail mix, light stone fruit, and whiffs of blond tobacco prevail. If your mouth’s not watering yet, check your pulse. The dry finish and moreish linger will have you daydreaming of hop pillows and powdery pillow lines—if you don’t lose your edge.

With impeccable timing (the season’s first dustings are up there, folks), Absinthe Films drops Stay Tuned, a film about “staying tuned on every level, physically, mentally, intuitively,” says Justin Hostynek, CEO and Director of Absinthe Films. “But at its heart, it’s just a movie about having fun–and keeping your board tuned. Plus, it’s got one of the heaviest lineups in Absinthe history.” Melvin Brewing is an official title sponsor of the Absinthe Film and the official sponsor of the Film Tour.
It’s a fact: Melvin had big dreams from the beginning and without having the endless support of partners all around us, we wouldn’t be where we are today. Now it’s our turn to give back to the riders with big dreams and by supporting their relentless pursuit of what has never been done before. Stay Tuned…" Read more here!

Overall (20%): An outstanding Pale Ale. Just like Hubert, this "Melvin Pale Ale" brings amazing citrus flavor while retaining a light, refreshing presence. It's one I can keep drinking for a long time. Keep the Melvin beers coming. So good. 4.75/5
