REVIEW:
Appearance (5%): Pours hazy coral-purple (reddish-pink-purple) into a pint glass. Unfiltered. Very frothy off-white head, some lacing. 4.25/5Smell (25%): Soft tropical citrus/grapefruit with blueberry. Bit of sweetness from the vanilla. Has a smoothie aura. 4.5/5
Taste (40%): Mix of tropical and vanilla at the start. Blueberries are spot on. Complementing oaty malt, while octane is held wonderfully in check. Combination is spot-on for a creamsicle. Easy drinking overall. 4.5/5
Mouthfeel (10%): Medium-bodied, some carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel and very juicy. 4.5/5
Overall (20%): An excellent to outstanding IPA. The appearance, of course, reminds me of Great Notion Brewing's Blueberry Muffin. The blueberry here pairs well with the vanilla beans. On the expensive side for a single can, but delicious. 4.25/5
Final Weighted Rating: 4.438/5
