REVIEW:
Appearance (5%):
Poured a cloudy whitish-golden into a pint glass, with white head. 4.5/5Smell (25%): Full-on tart passion fruit experience. Like a juice box. Hell yeah. 4.75/5
Taste (40%): Pleasing controlled tart and passion fruit jolt, with spicy witbier qualities. Simply awesome. 4.75/5
Mouthfeel (10%): Medium body and very carbonated. Some bitterness can linger on the tongue. Juicy. Tropical aura just engulfs the mouth. 4.75/5
Overall (20%): An outstanding Witbier. I admit to not being the biggest fan of Belgian-style beers, and would likely prefer Avery's lineup of IPAs first over this on most days. However, this is probably the finest witbier I've come across to date, and it certainly helps to have all that passion fruit in here. It's such a refreshing product, and to know it is made year-round makes me one happy panda. 4.5/5
Final Weighted Rating: 4.688/5
