What's on the Can: "'I want to wash that man right outta my hair,' Trevor sung into the mic as he made a break towards the bar top. '...And send him on his way!'

"Swinging around the shoulders of a stout and increasingly older Japanese woman, he lost his grip and fell face first over the bar and into a mound of Galaxy hops. Just when you thought he'd be down for the count, a hairy set of knuckles emerged over the surface of the counter top. In its grasp was half of a Mai Tai with a microphone as garnish.

"'But they made me wear a wiistband!' he screamed as the waitstaff fireman-carried him out to the parking lot and back into the wild."

Where distributed: Hoof Hearted Brewing has very limited distribution. Same with Great South Bay Brewery.

REVIEW:
Appearance (5%): Pours hazy light golden-orange into a pint glass. Unfiltered; sediment at the bottom of the can. White head, some lacing. 4.5/5

Smell (25%): Sweet tropical stone fruit; includes peach/nectarine, apricot, and papaya with complementing oaty malts. 4.75/5

Taste (40%): Follows the nose; soft but gradually increasing tropical stone fruit presence. Also detecting guava-like and citrus flavors towards the aftertaste. 4.75/5

Mouthfeel (10%): Medium-bodied, some carbonation. Extremely juicy with trace dry tongue. 4.75/5

Overall (20%): A world-class Pale Ale. Incredibly tropical and juicy Pale Ale, with sweet stone fruit being the big star here. Tons of flavor compared to most pale ales, thanks to the double-dry hopped process, and well worth the buy for NE-style IPA (or pale ale) fans. 4.75/5

Final Weighted Rating: 4.738/5
