REVIEW:
Appearance (5%): Poured hazy light orange into a chalice/tulip glass. White head. Some lacing. 4.5/5Smell (25%): Resinous with ripe stone fruit and oaty malts. 4.5/5
Taste (40%): Follows the nose; resin more at the start and more tropical afterward. Aftertaste is a mix of citrus and ripe stone fruit. Full of flavor from start to finish. 4.5/5
Mouthfeel (10%): Medium-full bodied; some carbonation. Juicy and creamy with some dry tongue. 4.25/5
Overall (20%): An excellent to outstanding Double IPA. It's been a while since I've reviewed a Fort George beer, and I'm glad to see they still got delicious hazy IPAs rolling out locally. There's a side of me that enjoys the different batches released under the same name, but another side of me thinks it's bittersweet if you find a release that you love but are unlikely to get again after it's gone. The Skies of Wonder "Adore" release could be one of those in the latter category. 4.25/5
Final Weighted Rating: 4.425/5
