When brewed? Limited-time seasonal beer. 3-Way IPA returns annually from about June through August. Fort George collaborates with two other companies to make this. In 2022, the breweries made a West Coast IPA and a New England-Style IPA. This blog post covers the East Coast version. I covered the West Coast version in a previous blog post.

What's on the Website: "We thought, we fought, we took votes, we did blind tastings, we did sniff-tests and lab-tests, color-tests, speed-tests, and intelligence-tests. After months of conversation with our friends at Ravenna & Alvarado Street, nostalgia for the bygone days of a more see-through beer had won – or so we thought."
Where distributed: Fort George generally distributes just in the Pacific Northwest.
REVIEW:
Appearance (5%): Poured hazy golden orange into a pint glass. Very frothy white head, some lacing. 4.5/5Smell (25%): Resinous citrus and stone fruit, with complementing oaty malt. 4.5/5
Taste (40%): Follows the nose, resinous citrus and stone fruit from start to finish. Dank and slight octane are present, but the beer is otherwise very mellow. Aftertaste is full of citrus peel. 4.5/5
Mouthfeel (10%): Medium-full bodied, some carbonation. Very juicy with dry tongue. 4.25/5
Overall (20%): An outstanding IPA. Very grateful to my Oregon friends for sending me the East Coast version to try. As expected, this one brought the sweet juicy and oaty malt body that personifies the New England style. I prefer this beer over its West Coast counterpart, so much more citrus here. 4.5/5
Final Weighted Rating: 4.475/5
