REVIEW:
Appearance (5%): Poured hazy light orange into a pint glass. Unfiltered, lots of sediment at the bottom of the can. Very frothy white head, almost no lacing. 4.5/5Smell (25%): Somewhat assertive dank mixed with pulpy citrus orange/tangerine and oaty notes. 4.5/5
Taste (40%): Blend of dank. citrus, and earthy/grassy notes. Aftertaste is pulpy citrus orange/melon. Controlled bitterness and lots of flavor. 4.25/5
Mouthfeel (10%): Medium-full bodied, some carbonation. Some juicy with trace dry tongue. 4.25/5
Overall (20%): An excellent IPA. This is the second beer that my friends sent me from their Bay Area trip. Sonoma Aroma will bring a more assertive danky bite than Kaleidoscope, so if you like that earthy, danky experience, this beer is for you. 4.25/5
Final Weighted Rating: 4.325/5
