What's on the Website: "For this version of Stone Enjoy By IPA we thought: 'We don't always have a filter, so why should our beer?' By skipping a step and letting this devastatingly fresh, golden-hued double IPA go unfiltered, the beer takes on a hazy appearance and its peach and tropical fruit hop aroma are intensified. So though it may sound like it, this missed step was no misstep. Like the other IPAs in this series, this version is brewed specifically NOT to last." Read more here!

Hops: Nugget, Super Galena, Simcoe, Delta, Target, Amarillo, Cascade, Galaxy, Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Helga.

REVIEW:
Appearance (5%): Poured slightly hazy dark golden into a pint glass. Unfiltered, sediment suspended in the beer. Very frothy white head; good lacing. 4.5/5

Smell (25%): Balance of dank, hoppy tropical (grapefruit and stone fruit), and malts. 4.5/5

Taste (40%): Dank forward with peach/stone fruit and hops. Back end gets more tropical, including resinous grapefruit and stone fruit. Citrus peel aftertaste. 4.25/5

Mouthfeel (10%): Medium-full bodied; good carbonation. Slightly dry tongue. 4.25/5

Overall (20%): An excellent to outstanding Double IPA. As expected, many of the Enjoy By releases are dank-forward, then show off more of the tropical. A person who enjoys the more bitter West Coast-style IPA should enjoy this one. 4.25/5

Final Weighted Rating: 4.325/5
