REVIEW:
Appearance (5%):
Poured hazy golden-orange into a pint glass. Unfiltered; sediment at the bottom of the can. White head. Good lacing at the top of the
glass. 4.5/5Smell (25%): Lots of pillowy, creamy tropical citrus, including orange/tangerine. 4.75/5
Taste (40%): Tropical from start to finish. Octane and malt masked wonderfully. Good sweet citrus on the aftertaste. Citrus bitterness kept in check. Refreshing. 4.75/5
Mouthfeel (10%): Medium-full bodied, some carbonation. Creamy. Extremely juicy with virtually no dry tongue. 4.75/5
Overall (20%): An outstanding to world-class Double IPA. Artifex went all out to release an amazing beer for their 4th anniversary brew. You could make a case for the coconut reference on the above description, although that's not necessarily what I thought when drinking this. Here's to many more years for Artifex! 4.5/5
Final Weighted Rating: 4.688/5
