What's on the Can: "Hi Neighbor! Great-Grandfather DeLucia made his first frozen lemonade back in Italy in 1840. During the winter, he carried snow into nearby caves and insulated it with straw. When summer arrived, he mixed the snow with fresh, local lemon juice and sugar, making a refreshing drink. His grandson, Angelo, introduced this icy treat to Rhode Island in 1948, and today there are over 30 Del's stands across America. 'Gansett is proud to present this delicious Shandy with the perfect balance of Narragansett Lager and lemon flavor. It's refreshingly different!"

REVIEW:
Appearance (5%):
Poured a slightly hazy golden color into a pint glass. Might be more hazy due to condensation. A couple centimeters of head eventually dissipated to nothing. 4.5/5Smell (25%): Extremely lemony, very strong lemonade experience. Wonderfully refreshing and perfect for summer. Would enjoy over and over again. 5/5
Taste (40%): A huge burst of lemon soda-like qualities at the start. The aftertaste is basically a faint citrus-lemon experience. The flavor may disappear sooner than I would have liked. I'd say this is a more lemony and alcoholic version of Mountain Dew. At 4.7%, most people (if any) won't even tell that there's alcohol in this guy. 4.5/5
Mouthfeel (10%): Extremely light and ridiculously refreshing. The citrus lingers, albeit in a faint manner. I'm a fan. 4/5
Overall (20%): An excellent beer that was made for summer. I'm reminded of the Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy that I had last year. For that beer, I remember telling my friends that I could easily crush an entire six-pack in one sitting. The Narragansett beer is no different; it's an extremely refreshing beer that was made to beat the heat and relax by the beach or the pool. Heck, take a bunch of these beers to your next BBQ or cookout. Your friends may profusely thank you for it. I can see instances where I would be thinking "This is too light and I need a heavier option," but in all seriousness, this is awesome. Would drink this virtually all the time. 4.75/5
Final Weighted Rating: 4.625/5
