REVIEW:
Appearance (5%): Poured hazy peach-burnt orange into a pint glass. Unfiltered, sediment at the bottom of the can. Frothy white head, virtually no lacing. 4.25/5
Smell (25%): Mostly tropical citrus with some floral notes. Slight malt backbone detected. 4.25/5
Taste (40%): More floral and malty to start, followed by a wave of sweet candy citrus tangerine. Aftertaste has a citrus peel vibe. As the beer warms up, there's a more earthy, floral experience. Flavorful. 4.25/5
Mouthfeel (10%): Medium-full bodied, some carbonation. Very juicy with slight dry tongue. 4.25/5
Overall (20%): An excellent IPA. Crux delivers another tasty brew that combines West Coast bitterness with juicy hazy IPA traits. Fairly smooth all around and ideal when hanging out with friends/family. 4.25/5
