REVIEW:
Appearance (5%): Poured clear golden into a pint glass. White head, trace lacing. 4.5/5

Smell (25%): Clean pine-citrus grapefruit hop blend. About as good as it gets if you want this profile. 5/5

Taste (40%): Follows the nose. Clean pine and citrus grapefruit experience from start to finish. Bitterness of a West Coast IPA is there, but expertly kept in check. Flavorful and delicious. 4.75/5

Mouthfeel (10%): Medium-bodied, some carbonation. Some dry tongue. 4.25/5

Overall (20%): A world-class IPA. One of the best IPAs I've had from Ex Novo Brewing. Fresh Hop Eliot has a lively piney citrus punch straight out of the gate, with tamed bitterness. Full-flavored bliss that any IPA lover needs to try. 4.75/5

Final Weighted Rating: 4.75/5
