What's on the Website: "Relax [it’s just a hazy IPA] embraces the new way to enjoy IPA - unfiltered, fresh and full of hop flavor and aromatics... without the bitterness to stand in the way of kicking back with a juicy beer. It features a combination of Citra, Centennial, Simcoe and Amarillo hops, imparting fruity, tropical and citrusy notes to complement the round, soft mouthfeel of a hazy IPA." Read more here!

REVIEW:
Appearance (5%): Poured hazy light orange into a pint glass. Unfiltered, sediment at the bottom of the can. Frothy white head. Trace lacing at the top of the glass. 4.5/5

Smell (25%): Juicy stone fruit (peach) and citrus (tangerine and pineapple) with oaty malt notes. 4.5/5

Taste (40%): Soft tropical, with oaty malts, from start to finish. Aftertaste has a bit of tropical as well. 4/5

Mouthfeel (10%): Medium-bodied, some carbonation. Very juicy with no dry tongue. 4.5/5

Overall (20%): An excellent IPA. Offshoot primarily specializes in IPAs, so I likely will continue to buy more of their beers when I can. I admittedly have had more IPAs with that extra tropical blast, but still a lovely take on the New England-style IPA. 4.25/5

Final Weighted Rating: 4.25/5
