REVIEW:
Appearance (5%): Poured clear golden into a pint glass. Frothy white head (a few centimeters), with significant lacing on the glass. Top notch. 4.75/5

Smell (25%): Mostly a mix of malt and piney with tropical fruit. I also sense a weed-like smell. 4/5

Taste (40%): Mostly dank and tropical malt. That weed-like experience also becomes part of the flavor. Getting a citrus peel aftertaste. It's not completely negative but it's not completely positive. Mixed vibes, and it really depends on my mood. At the end of the day, I can drink it. 3.75/5

Mouthfeel (10%): Medium-bodied, good carbonation. Slightly dry on the tongue. 4.25/5

Overall (20%): An IPA that can be anywhere from average to solid. I've had many beers from 3 Magnets now, and this by far is the beer with the widest range of possible ratings - all depending on my mood. One thing is for sure: I feel they have cranked out far tastier beers than this one. On some sips, a weed-like nature comes to the forefront, while other times, more of the citrus peel and dank present itself. For right now, I'll go right in the middle of the ratings I could have potentially given this and simply look forward to the next brew. 3.75/5

Final Weighted Rating: 3.913/5
